Brian E. Brettman

Brian E. Brettman, age 57, of Wernersville unexpectedly passed away on Monday, September 22, 2025 from a work related accident.

He was the loving husband of Stacy R. (Spohn) Brettman.

He was born in Reading on January 26, 1968 a son of the late George Brettman and the late Joanne M. (Mountz) Young.

Brian was a self employed contractor, having worked construction his whole life.

He loved riding his motorcycle, going to the beach, working on projects at home, and spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren. 

In addition to his wife, Stacy, he is survived by his five children, Brian E. Brettman, II (fiance Jamie Haines), Kerissa M. Cruz (Eddison), Summer L. Brettman-Minnich (Clayton), Kayla M. Grodis, and Megan V. Spohn; a sister, Tracy Conway; 14 grandchildren; and his dog, Mazzie.

He was also predeceased by his daughter, Britnee D. Brettman; a brother, George Brettman; and a sister, Tammy Brettman.

Brian’s family will be holding a private service.
