Derrick Wayne Rump

Derrick Wayne Rump, 38, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away in the early morning hours Sunday, November 20, 2022.

Born Tuesday, January 3, 1984, he was a son of the late David W. Rump and Julia (neé Thames) Rump, of Womelsdorf.

Derrick was part owner and tended bar at Club Q in Colorado Springs.

In addition to his mother,he is survived by his siblings: David W. Rump, Jr., (Melissa), and Julia Kissling (Michael); 

and his maternal grandmother: Julia Thames.

He was predeceased by his brother: Dustin W. Rump; his paternal grandparents: Harlan & Betty Rump; and his maternal grandfather: William R. Thames, Jr.

Relatives and friends may meet with the family Sunday, December 4, 2022, from 4-6 PM 

at Zion Lutheran Church 300 West High Street, Womelsdorf, PA  19567. 

Funeral Services will be held promptly Monday, December 5, 2022, at 11AM, 

at Zion Lutheran Church 300 West High Street, Womelsdorf, PA  19567,

with the Rev. June E. Bair, officiating. 

Burial will be Private at Epler’s Church Cemetery, Leesport.
