Geoffrey David Rhoades

Geoffrey David Rhoades, 57, of Womelsdorf, passed away November 20, 2023, at his residence. Born January 22, 1966, in West Reading, he was a son of the late Carl Thomas Rhoades & Nita Louise (née Zimmerman) Rhoades, of Orwigsburg.

Geoffrey was class of 1984 at Blue Mountain High School, and received his CDL in 1994 from All State Career center.  He worked as an over the road truck driver until retirement in January 2023.

In his spare time Jeff "the cheif" enjoyed collecting sports memorabila, and coins as well as working on his late fathers classic MG.  He was a member of The Joe Foss Club.  He was a generous man and enjoyed donating food and other items throughout his community. 

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his children: Ron Rhoades husband of Kayle Rhoades, Courtney Jenkins wife of Barry Jenkins, & Steven Rhoades; five grandchildren Randy Rhoades, Donovan Alderman, Shawn Prentice, Mary Prentice, and Brandon Prentice; his sister: Cynthia Reidler wife of Ronald Reidler; and a nephew: David Reidler.

Relatives and friends may visit with the family Friday, December 8, 2023, from 5-7PM at the Mull Funeral Home, 27 E High St., Womelsdorf.
