JoAnne C (Teslow) Leiss

JoAnne C. Leiss, 80, of Newmanstown, passed away in the evening hours Wednesday, March 15, 2023, in her residence.
She was the wife of Terry R. Leiss.
Born Thursday, January 28, 1943, in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Frank J. Teslow, Sr., and the late Verna M. (neé Gruber) .
JoAnne was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church, Womelsdorf.
JoAnne worked for the ELCO cafeteria for over 30 years. She enjoyed arts and crafts, bingo, watching wild life at Middle Creek Wildlife preserve. JoAnne also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter: Kelly A. (Brian) Hauck; her grandchildren: Ashley N. Rocker, Eric S. Hauck, and Kirsten Summers; and her great-grandchildren:
Nicholas, Brennan & Ethan Rocker, Liam & Isabella Hauck, and Lilliana Summers.
She was predeceased by her brother: Frank J. Teslow, Jr.
A celebration of Joanne’s life will be announced by the family.
