John Bushkie, II Obituary
John E. Bushkie, II, age 83, of Thomas Gardens passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15, 2022 at his residence.
He was the loving husband of 62 years to D. Esther (Sarzynski) Bushkie.
Born in Schuylkill County on June 16, 1939 a son of the late Lottie (Kinder) and John E. Bushkie, Sr.
He was a 1957 graduate of Frackville High School and proudly served in the U.S. Army.
John retired from the Dana Corp as a Maintenance Supervisor.
He attended St. John Baptist LaSalle Church in Shillington. He was a former member of the South End Gun Club and enjoyed participating in many trap shooting events.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Mark A. Bushkie (Debra); a daughter, Bethann Groff (Donald); four grandchildren, Christin, Justin, Benjamin, and Joshua; and six great grandchildren, Carson John, Princess Veda, Landon John, Branson, Levi, and Myles.
He was also predeceased by a son, John E. Bushkie, III; and two sisters, Blanche Bushkie and Annamae Marks.
Services and burial will be private.
