Kathryn R (Sielsch) Rulapaugh

Kathryn R. Rulapaugh, 83, of Rehoboth Beach, DE, formerly of Womelsdorf, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025, in Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. She was the wife of Henry H. Rulapaugh. Born Saturday, July 11, 1942, in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Alexander & Arlene Sielsch, neé Anspach. She was a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School. She held various occupations throughout her lifetime. Her passions were cooking and being the matriarch and "mom mom" to her family and anyone who had the pleasure to know her. She was a member of the former Zion United Church of Christ of Womelsdorf. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children: Dawn (James) Gerhart, Wendy Rulapaugh (Beth) Shaffer & Randall (Melissa) Rulapaugh; and by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother: Kenneth C. Sielsch. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 10 AM, from the Mull Funeral Home, 27 E. High St., Womelsdorf.  Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood, PA, Thursday, at NOON.
