Marianne G (Orlando) Orlando

Marianne G. Orlando, 73, of Marion Twp., passed away in the evening hours Tuesday, January 18, 2022.  Born Wednesday, February 25, 1948, in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Roy & Grace (neé Joffred) Orlando.

Mother, grandmother, and friend, Marianne never knew a stranger and always made you feel welcomed.  She was a kind, adventurous soul known for her wit and endless supply of life advice.  Marianne loved being a nurse, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her grandchildren.  Anyone that knew her, knew she had a huge heart.  She loved animals and had numerous pets who are being cared for by her family.  Marianne loved her family and friends deeply and we can all take comfort in knowing that she is at peace surrounded by light at a big Grateful Dead concert in the sky.

She is survived by her sister: Tina M. Orlando; her children: Lori M. Gust & Kenneth R. Orlando; and her grandchildren: Noah, Mila, Millie, & Margot Orlando.

A Celebration of Life is being planned and will be announced by her family at a later date.
