Mary E. MacFadyen

Mary E. MacFadyen, age 94, of Womelsdorf and formerly of Wernersville passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026 at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville.

Her husband, W. Bruce MacFadyen died on October 9, 2022.

She was born in West Reading on July 25, 1931 a daughter of the late Earl and Naomi (Good) Klahr.

She was a graduate of Shillington High School.

Mary was a member of Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, Wernersville Campus.

She was a nature enthusiast, avid reader, and lover of God. She was always slow to anger and quick to laugh. She listened without judgment and always tried to understand other perspectives from a place of thoughtfulness and kindness. She offered encouragement and valued being thankful. Heaven gained an angel and I know she is finally reunited with grumps.

She is survived by two daughters, Kathleen A. Turner (Michael), and Heather B. Wooleyhand (Walt); 5 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

Interment will be private at Pleasant View Cemetery.

Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is handling arrangements.
