Nevin W. Smith, Jr., age 74, of Womelsdorf and formerly of Robesonia passed away on Friday, May 27, 2022 at Complete Care at Berkshire Center in Exeter.

He was the loving husband of 51 years to Bonnie L. (Wenrich) Smith.

Born in Reading on January 20, 1948 a son of the late Jean E. (Yaissle) and Nevin W. Smith, Sr.

He was a 1966 graduate of Wilson High School.

Nevin worked for Fromm Electric for 41 years, retiring in 2009.

He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, former Fire Chief, Assistant Chief, and former Trustee of Pioneer Hose Company in Robesonia.

Surviving in addition to his wife is daughter, Heather Arizonis (Larry); son, Scott Smith (Sara); sister, Jean Weber (Paul); and grandchildren, Shealyn, Alex, Anderson, and Ashley.

A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 3:00pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 108 S. Robeson St., Robesonia, PA 19551. A visitation with the family will be from 2:00 to 3:00pm at the Church. Inurnment will follow in the Church columbarium.

Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is handling arrangements.
