Patricia Ann Darosh (1951 - 2026)
There is no one phrase that can ever summarize a person as complex as a mother. Patricia was the fierce protector; the loudest cheerleader; the stalwart emotional rock; the truest friend; and the baddest bitch you'd ever meet - but even those do not fully encapsulate all of her. It did not matter what time it was, how tired she was, what the weather was like - the lights were always on and the coffee and tea were always ready. She would be there to celebrate, to mourn, to listen, to advise, or whatever else was needed.
But now the lights have been dimmed and the coffee has gone cold. The home that was a refuge has gone still. Late on the 24th of May 2026, Patricia lost her long battle with breast cancer, a battle she fought while still showing up for her friends and family. Patricia leaves behind three (3) sons: Shane (Nichole), Waylon (Mark), and Justin (Jill); two (2) grandchildren; her sister Pam; and the many others who called her mom, aunt, sister, and friend.
Never one to do things the traditional way, Shane and Waylon invite you to join them for a celebration of her life at the Heidelberg Family Restaurant on July 15, 2026 from 6:30PM-8:30PM. In lieu of flowers, they ask that you donate to an organization or small business that reminds you of her.
