Spencer D. Siegfried

Spencer D. Siegfried, age 84, of Wernersville passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at The Gardens at Stevens.

He was born in Wernersville on November 23, 1940 the son of the late Woodrow and Jenny (Ney) Siegfried.

He was a 1958 graduate of Conrad Weiser High School.

Spencer grew up and worked many years in the family business of Woody’s Sporting Goods Store in Wernersville. He last worked and retired as a Truck Driver.

He loved Sprint Car racing and traveling to tracks with his grandson Ryan. He loved spending time with his family, especially his great grandchildren. He excelled at bowling, was a state champion at trap shooting, and just loved the outdoors, including hunting and fishing.

He is survived by a son, Robert J.E. Siegfried (Donna); a daughter, Sheri L. May (Robert, Jr.); a step-son, Daniel A. Gring (Rose); grandson, Ryan D. May (Brook); and three great grandchildren, Remington, Ruger, and Benelli.

A private burial will take place at Hain’s Church Cemetery.
