Terry R Leiss

Terry R. Leiss, 82, of Newmanstown, passed away in the early morning hours Saturday, March 22, 2025, in Stone Ridge Poplar Run.

He was the husband of the late JoAnne C. (neé Teslow) Leiss, who died March 15, 2023.

Born Wednesday, October 21, 1942, in Stouchsburg, he was a son of the late Charles & Florence (née Burkholder) Leiss.

He was a  member of Zion Lutheran Church, Womelsdorf.

A 1960 graduate of Newmanstown High School, he was employed by the City of Lebanon Municipal Water Authority until he retired at the age of 62.  He enjoyed wood working, wood carving, taking daily walks, enjoying nature, and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his daughter: Kelly A. (Brian) Hauck; his grandchildren: Ashley N. Rocker, Eric S. Hauck, and Kirsten Summers; and his great-grandchildren: Nicholas, Brennan & Ethan Rocker, Liam & Isabella Hauck, and Lilliana Summers.

He was predeceased by a sister: Fayeann Leiss.

Burial will be private in Millcreek Memorial Cemetery, Newmanstown.
