Thomas L. Murdough

Thomas “Tom” Lincoln Murdough, age 64, of Robesonia, passed away peacefully on Sunday October 20, 2024 at his residence. 

He was born in West Reading on December 31,1959, a son of Joann (Yeagley) Murdough and the late Charles L. Murdough. 

Tom was a graduate of Conrad Weiser High School class of 1977, and a 1981 graduate of Delaware Valley College. He was baptized, confirmed, and attended Trinity Lutheran Church, Robesonia. 

Tom was a past president and active member of the Conrad Weiser Lions Club. Together with his father, they owned and operated Murdough Landscape Service, Robesonia until 2021. 

Tom is survived by his mother, his siblings Cindy Murdough, Patty Doughman, and Andy Murdough; uncle Jim (Janice) Murdough and cousin, Adam Murdough; nieces and nephews, Emma Doughman, Jake Doughman, Hayley Murdough, and Drew Murdough; brother-in-law Scott Doughman; close family friend, Paul Horst; and Gator, his rescue dog. 

His family would like to send a heartfelt “thank you” to the dedicated and caring nurses of St. Joseph's Hospital and AseraCare Hospice for their excellent care and respect given to Tom.

Friends and family are invited to a Celebration of Life Gathering that will be held on Saturday December 28, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 at the Robesonia Pioneer Hose Fire Company, Robesonia.  In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in Tom’s memory to Robesonia Pioneer Hose Company - Equipment Fund, 32 W Penn Ave, Robesonia,PA 19551. Cole Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Robesonia is handling arrangements.
